Become a permanent resident of Ireland by choosing one of the following four qualifying investment options. Once the residency permit is granted the requirement to maintain the investment is a minimum of 3 years.

3. Enterprise Investment €1,000,000

The investment also can be spread over a few different enterprises which can be either a start-up or already existing business registered in Ireland. The minimum period of investment is 3 years.
4. Endowment of €500,000

An investment to a public project in the art, culture, health, education, or sport sector. The endowment should be a non-refundable and non-profitable contribution.
