Dominica Citizenship by Investment: Government Approved Property Projects for Investment

To qualify for the Dominican citizenship program under the real estate investment option, investors are required to buy approved real estate in Dominica for at least USD $200,000. Additionally, they must maintain ownership for a minimum of 3 years. If the applicant maintains ownership for 5 years, they are also eligible to re-sell the property.

Approved Real Estate Projects in Dominica

There are several programs authorized by real estate projects currently under development in the country. One of the most promising projects is the secluded Cabrits Resort Kempinski which also will be a luxury hotel with incredible panoramic views of both the ocean and mountains. Another real estate development is the prestigious Tranquillity Beach by Sunstone Incorporated. This real estate project will be an environmentally sensitive resort with a world-class spa and wellness center.
