Dominica Citizenship by Investment: Government Approved Property Projects for Investment

To qualify for the Dominican citizenship program under the real estate investment option, investors are required to buy approved real estate in Dominica for at least USD $200,000. Additionally, they must maintain ownership for a minimum of 3 years. If the applicant maintains ownership for 5 years, they are also eligible to re-sell the property.

There are several programs authorized by real estate projects currently under development in the country.
